It has been a busy couple of months in the Real Estate Market and I thank you all for sending me your referrals!  They are such an important part of my business and your help is invaluable to me.  April was the busiest month that I have ever experienced and it does not look like it will be slowing down in the near future.  The home buyer tax credit expired on April 30th and many people are wondering what the future will hold.  I've looked into my crystal duck pond and my prediction for June is for steady market values,  an increase in consumer optimism and a vacation to Outer Banks for the Tyson, Laudermilch & Cicala families.
